Work

Three projects live today. For each one, the website as its visitors see it, and the back office its team uses, recreated in English with sample data.

SF Connexion

A science fiction and fantasy convention in Colmar, France, run by a nonprofit.

The need

Three forms, a tracking spreadsheet and reminders sent by hand, for nearly 200 exhibitors and about a hundred volunteers.

Behind the website

A back office for the whole organization: exhibitors, volunteers, cosplay, finances and support. Each team only sees what it needs.

What happens on its own

Booth pricing is calculated as exhibitors fill in the form. Invoices go out as PDFs by email, and payment reminders follow on their own. The volunteer schedule is generated in one click.

  • 55 management screens
  • 8 teams, each with its own access
  • 30+ emails sent by the platform

Ryo Squad

A French agency representing voice actors, singers and online creators for anime and manga conventions.

The need

Monday for tracking, Excel for talent, Gmail for everything else. Every convention meant retyping data and losing attachments.

Behind the website

One platform for talent, organizers, events, logistics, quotes, invoices and accounting.

What happens on its own

The organizer signs the quote online, and the invoice goes out in one click. Train tickets and hotel confirmations are read by AI, which fills in the logistics. Every convention gets its own run sheet, ready to print.

  • 28 business screens
  • 47 talent profiles moved over from Excel
  • 1 click from signed quote to invoice

Sciné-Fi Festival

A geek culture festival at Le Florival cinema in Guebwiller, France. First edition in September 2026.

The need

A team of volunteers who need to change everything themselves, from the program to the colors, right up to the last night of the festival.

Behind the website

A complete admin: day-by-day program, guests, films, exhibitors, news and the look of the site.

What happens on its own

Every screening links to the right page of the cinema's ticketing. One switch flips the site into “after the festival” mode, with the photo gallery. Chosen colors are checked to stay readable.

  • 18 sections editable without a developer
  • 3 modes: coming soon, live, after the festival
  • 8 weeks of development
