Sciné-Fi Festival
The festival's website and its complete admin: the team edits the program, the guests, the films and even the colors, then switches the site to “after the festival” mode, without a developer.

The need
A team of volunteers who need to change everything themselves, from the program to the colors, right up to the last night of the festival. Ticketing stays with the cinema: every screening on the site leads to the right page.
What I built
Site content
18 editable sections, with fields labeled in French for the team: info banner, prices, FAQ, practical info, footer.
Program
One panel per day. Time slots reorder in one click, highlights stand out on the site, and any slot can be hidden.
Guests, films and exhibitors
Each list has its own screen, with photo, order and status. Every film links to its screening in the cinema's ticketing.
Look
Five ready-made color themes, fine-tuning for each of the six colors and a live readability check.
Blog
Visual editor, preview before publishing, and posts scheduled for a given date.
Launch and after the festival
A waiting page before launch, a private preview of the full site, then an “after the festival” mode with the photo gallery.

- In the admin
A volunteer adds a slot to Saturday and marks it as a “Highlight.”
- Automatic
As soon as it's saved, the public website updates.
- On the website
Visitors find it in the Saturday tab, featured, with its access badge.
- In the admin
On the last night, one switch puts the site in “after the festival” mode.
- Automatic
Booking buttons disappear, the photo gallery appears and the menu tightens up.
What happens on its own
- The site updates the moment the team saves.
- Uploaded photos are resized, turned the right way up and converted to WebP.
- A post dated in the future stays hidden until that date.
- Before launch, the site stays hidden from search engines, and the waiting page collects sign-ups.
- Chosen colors are checked to stay readable.
- The sign-up list exports and opens cleanly in Excel.
Under the hood

- 19admin screens
- 10tables, each with its own access rules
