Kodiax Care

Your software stays reliable, and keeps improving.

30 days of support are included after launch. Then two no-commitment plans take over, with the same point of contact: the person who built your software.

A request, a reply, without switching tools.

Your team reports a problem or asks for a change. The request lands in my tracking tool, I handle it, and the reply comes back to you. At SF Connexion, it all happens from their own back office.

Example with sample data: a ticket opened from SF Connexion's back office lands in Kodiax's tracking tool, and the reply goes back into the client's back office.

Sample data. The connection itself is real: a ticket opened in SF Connexion's back office lands in my tool, and my reply goes back to them.

A bug or an improvement?

  • A bug

    Covered

A delivered feature that no longer works as intended. Both plans cover it: I fix it.

  • An improvement

    Care+ hours or a quote

It changes a behavior or adds a capability. It uses the Kodiax Care+ improvement hours, or goes through a quote.

  1. 01

    No commitment

Kodiax Care and Kodiax Care+ are monthly subscriptions. You can cancel anytime: support stays active until the end of the month already paid, with no prorated refund.

  2. 02

    Sign up within 90 days

You can sign up within 90 days of launch. Once you're signed up, support renews for as long as you like: this window only applies to the first sign-up.

  3. 03

Picking back up after a break

After that window, or after canceling, support doesn't switch back on with a click: I first review the technical state of the project, then send you a quote. That's what it takes to responsibly pick up software I haven't been looking after in the meantime.

Software to build, then to keep alive?

Tell me how you work. I'll reply personally, usually within one business day.
